We recently went to the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for a short, much-needed, well-deserved, er…well…you get the idea. 😉
The beauty of the mountains at this time of year is amazing. If you are feeling at all stressed out or just plain need a break, the Smoky Mountains is the place to visit.
Stress can be a pretty awful and drastic thing if you let it go too far. It will reek havoc on your health and you’ll find yourself looking and feeling much older than you are.
It’s important to take time out everyday to focus on yourself and what’s important to you. If you don’t take care of these two important things, negative consequences can occur.
We visited Ober Gatlinburg just because we were curious what all the fuss was about…
I must say that the view from Ober Gatlinburg was spectacular. The picture above was the view from our table in the restaurant.
Although this was a little “off” from our natural health topics, I wanted to share these with you to pass on a little of the serenity that I collected from the Smoky Mountains and to remind you to take some time off if you possibly can to renew yourself.
